Creators of long format videos on YouTube will only see a small fraction of views if they use shorts. Shorts may be popular but they still are no competition to long formats unless you are a creator that does only shorts.

I wish in YT Studio, the shorts data was different. It will show Shorts as jy most viewed items, but they are not contributing to my goal. Id like the separate. I am so close to monetizing now!

10 million views is a lot... they should lower that.. or just give it the same expectations for regular videos.
