Its not at all uncommon when there are counter protests on same site to place them on sides to avoid confrontation and conflict. They weren't telling him he couldn't go on the other side or parts of P hill. They are trying to avoid trouble makers . He easily could've walked to that other side of the barricade and entered that way. He has every right to be on P hill but. I don't fault the cop for doing what is done at every protest ever that attracts counter movements too
