An army of Egyptians could not be drowned in a sea that is only ankle or knee deep. The sea that God withheld was as deep as the Bible alludes to. The depth of that sea provides reason for the great miracle that God performed by parting the Red Sea. It was to not only allow the Israelites to escape, but also to punish the Egyptians by drowning their army. The scientists, conveniently ignoring the later, are still confounded by the great miracle performed by our great and mighty God.

So when it comes to “scientific explanation, ” I believe God is in control of every molecule and structure that is beyond our comprehension. If the science and process behind the plagues of Egypt were fact, it’s because God orchestrated it that way.
