Gorgeous pictures you have of the city. Thanks for the info. It makes me want to go back. The only thing I'd add is that the first Sunday of every month museums are free (including the Uffizi). On Three Kings Day/Epiphany/Befana Day it's the equivalent of Black Friday in the US. You can find great discounts. We were there in April 2022 and January 2023 and I'd say that the prices might be about 10% less than was quoted in the video. Of course, being from NYC everywhere else seems cheaper.

Just got back from Florence. Huge crowds, very warm, especially for Oct.

I don’t think any road, or sidewalk, is off limits to taxis

Get the local steak: t-bone or rib eye, It’s awesome.

We were there last week (Nov 2023) and it was super crowded. The prices here are about €2 off. It is more expensive than mentioned here even in the rainy season.

The thing about taxis not being able to go certain places is totally not true haha. I live here and taxis will slowly drive through crowds until you move 😂
