I first found Eivissa back in 1998 and been going to this wonderful island ever since (even got married there in 2010 at Hacienda Na Xamena Hotel). I have also lived on mainland spain..but nothing comes clothes to this island. In the early /mid 2000's, people we used to meet from other countries visiting the island used to comment how expensive the island was compared to their homeland.
At the time we never felt that it was anymore expensive than living in London where we were from (which has always been expensive) So back then it didn't really impact us personally.But how things have changed since. I think Ibiza has become really expensive in comparison to what it was. But I suppose that is to be expected of such a beautiful place.

How much does a taxi cost on the airport to anywhere? I want to order a taxi from home but it cost me 900 euro they say.

The fact that Ibiza inlcuding Mykonos charge 13 euro ( 150 SEK ) for a coca cola can since 2020 is just disgusting, only spanish and greeks in Mykonos will charge such stupid prices. More crazy that people are ready to put up with it, Biggest scamers!

Don't forget they tax you for just being there too. Stay away from the place there is nothing to do for a family, and everything is expensive. It was the worst holiday abroad ever, just avoid it at all costs.
