Cop Pulls In Front Of Biker And This Happens! 😨

A biker had an intense moment when he narrowly avoided a collision with a police car while passing through heavy traffic on the highway. The officer immediately pulled him over, despite the biker not doing anything wrong. Thankfully, the cop was understanding and after a short conversation, he was let go without further issues.

"Pulled him over to confront him" = checked to make sure he was okay.
"Even though he did nothing wrong" = earlier in the same clip he's illegally passing on the shoulder.

He did do something wrong. I'm a long time motorcycle rider in California. It is illegal to pass vehicles by using the breakdown lane. This is not filtering or lane splitting. You cannot use the breakdown lane to filter or lanesplit.

Just because some vehicles are smaller than others shouldn’t mean that those people on those vehicles should have the right to lane split. Lane splitting is dangerous and stupid.

1. he wasn't in the break down lane until he moved into it to avoid the CHP so people that think he was need to get their eyes checked and stay off the road until then. 2 passing on the right next to a solid line or traffic with no lane can be deemed as lane splitting so illegal. Then if that CHP officer had to use the breakdown lane biker is at fault.

Bikers [so many] are just Plain Wreckless I see riders all over and they PAY Less in gas tax and vehicle registration and all else, but act like they own the roads----why?? Why the Split-Lane Law?
