I am looking for a way to set an alarm or reminder while in one room (office) and it goes off in multiple rooms (garage, kitchen, bedroom, sewing room, craft room, or the mancave). How is that done? I have Google Home and six mini's.

All I wanted to do is screen mirror my phone to my TV. You passed over the steps necessary starting somewhere in the middle and then showed the final steps. All you did was prove that YOU know how to access the feature. I ended up not knowing how to screen mirror!

Hey Brett, as response to your information at time 12:30. The routines function first only launched in the USA.. and the plans back then were to slowly roll it out around the world. But unfortunately it has gone quiet since. I live in the Netherlands and am not able to have any routines buttons in the app it is just not there. But i found a work around for this i changed my devices settings to English US.. then after about 24h waiting (it takes some time, i don't know why) the routines start to show up and i am able to set routines up and ask my google home to start a routine. If people are annoyed by having there whole phone in English they can consider just setting an old tablet or phone up in English to be able to set up the routines. Or after creating all there favorite routines to change the language back, as you can still ask the assistants on any device to activate those routines. Do i make any sence?. Hope u can spread this pro tip!. 😃 Thanks as always!.

I wish Google let you have sperate light groups in a room. I have fairy lights around my room, but I also have smart lights for when I need regular lighting, and I'd prefer to select which light group I'd wish to turn on when I select the "on" button without needing to go and turn on the fairy lights individually.

Thanks, quick question, what happens if you set up a routine in another app like Lutron for Sunrise/Sunset and then do it in Google Home? Should I only set up routines in the Google Home App?

Always enjoy your videos. What is the story of Google and TP-Link bulbs and plugs. I can't get my Google Home to link to any TP-Link devices. I've reset every TP-Link device and everything is connected to my home WiFi network. The TP-link app works great but I want to say "turn on the light" not go to my smartphone and tap a button. Thanks for very informative videos.
