LOVE that tip about the greens going in the colander before draining the pasta! I will definitely do that from now on, thanks as always, Caitlin!

I’m doing veganuary so I’m always on the lookout for more recipes, and that lentil bolognese looks so good! Definitely going to try that❤️

The use of lentils instead of minced meat is always mind blowing to me, it looks so realstic. I'm not vegan but i like using meat substitutes as often as possible and lentil Bolognese or a lentil shepherds pie is always a winner!

If you wash and toast the pumpkin seeds in a saucepan, they are sooo delicious and it also helps to reduce waste! ❤️

I made your bolognese today. I haven't had mushrooms since I was 8 and declared that I hate mushrooms, but I was super happy to find that this dish is delicious. And the recipe made so much food. I even put half of it in glass jars and gave to my bestie for freezing and I still have leftovers.

I'm definitely gonna try the lentil bolognese, though I'm probably not gonna use mushrooms cause they're kind of expensive here in Brazil. Great video :D

When I heard you say vegan wine I was like "wait isn't all wine vegan" and then I googled it and learned me something today

Everything looks yummy, as usual! I love using lentils to veganize dishes like bolognese, cottage pie and more too!
Also, great idea with the leafy greens! Totally gonna do that from now on, it's so easy!

Yes I like these videos. I like the different ideas for breakfast. Often people get tired of eating the same things.

I have been eating lentil chili ALL the time and I absolutely love it too! The acorn squash and granola plate as well as the avocado and tofu bagel plate look BOMB. I have to try both out--LOL and I am totally the same with the squash skin, as with sweet potato skins!

So many great ideas, when I first went fully plant-based unprocessed vegan I took a lot of supplements that I don't think are necessary but I stick to B12, vit D and algae-based omega 3; flax seeds and walnuts are a regular part of my diet but I understand only 20% of the ALA gets converted upward. For sleep I was taking magnesium but it was the wrong kind definitely. I eat a lot of fermented foods like kimchi and make my own sauerkraut because the probiotics available to me at the time were definitely not fully bioavailable so will definitely try this brand, all good tx as always! I also begin the day with turmeric/ginger tea; don't tolerate caffeine but this stuff is brilliant (sprinkle some black pepper to maximize turmeric anti-inflammatory properties.) Great video always learn so much!
