Hi I have the same sand pump it looks like and my pvc pipe inside broke so I replaced it but was unable to tell the length of the pipe and how far it’s supposed to go up into the black top part, would you happen to know how far up it goes?

FYI.... If you take the cap off of the bottom of the tank and remove the core you will then just wash the sand out of the drain hole.
