YouTube Shorts Monetized! Lower Monetization Rules!

It's happening!!! YouTube is going to officially monetize Shorts AND lower the threshold for everyone to enter the partner program and make money on YouTube! This is huge. This is according to a leaked audio clip that came from YouTube that the New York Times published.
