It's time for the second edition of my top fitness apps for 2022! In today's video, I share my 4 favorite health and fitness apps for workouts, nutrition, sleep, and wellness. I also share my overall best fitness app for 2022. My list of health and fitness apps has definitely changed a good bit since my part 1 video. So whether you are looking for your next workout app to help you lose weight or maybe looking for a nutrition app to help you improve your eating habits, I'm confident one of these apps would be worth looking into.

Now a big question I got from my last video was if I included free fitness apps. Below is a free vs paid breakdown of each app.

Workout App - (Paid Only - You can get a free trial month. Totally worth it!)

Nutrition App - (Free & Paid - I think the free version is perfect for my needs)

Sleep Performance App - (Paid Only - But you get a free fitness tracker with membership)

Best Wellness App - (Free & Paid - I think the paid version is worth it personally)

Something that bothers me with Apple fitness+ is that the workouts are all labeled with whatever category they are in. I would love to be able to choose ‘upper body workout’ etc is it beginner friendly? Stuff like that.

Another negative to Apple Fitness+ is it’s only available in a few countries.

I need to find a different keywords than "gym apps" for youtube search engine because I'm looking for a repackaged Excel into which i would be able to log the weights and reps I'm doing, so that I don't have to carry around a paper notebook and pen anymore, all the while lifting something like 20-30lbs, squatting less than my body weight, and feeling like a pretentious imposter ^^'. Or maybe I'll try excel.
Okay, those are called "fitness trackers" and I've got them.

I lost 49lbs within 2 pay checks - most of us are coming from Covid-19 - I went to work cleaning bathrooms at the Airport and lost all this weight - come on many of us have been setting around doing nothing but watching our legs and ass getting fat fat fat. Oh! Don't get me wrong the first couple of days on the job I felt like I was going to drop - my body was going through setting on my ass withdrawal - but I was aware what was going on with my body. And let's be honest with ourselves - most of us were very active and outgoing before the full blown epidemic - we were on our feet most of the day but what happened during this coronavirus-19 episode in our lives. Of course, the virus is constantly mutating so we as a Geo-global human race well need to be on our toes - until we have discovered a way to turn off all the varient virus mutations - when we are at home we need to find ways to get off our rear and moving about our homes - else we our stuck with all those fatty producing stretch marks from our ass and down our legs. ... I just can't wait to get out on a date for some healthy dancing. But again you got it - so kept on your feet and off your rear. .. Watching a good movie on the TV standing up.
