I had stop buying Microsoft Surface line, when battery need to be replace, You basically dump the whole Unit. Looking at the price you paid, and trash the whole thing in a few years, can’t even upgrade.

I'm against arm for Windows it does get better battery life but the software support for x86 is just not there

Three biggest problems with Surface Pro 8 are Windows 11 (many important features are taken away), connectivity and battery life.

Make atrue Pro tool. I want another usb port on the opposite side of the tablet. Full size sd card slot and if they keep the headphone jack make it high a quality DAC and place it at the bottom left corner of the tablet when its laptop or horizontal orientation. And allow for the full size ssd for crying out loud!!
