Looks good, but no oats. It's only given to horses to gain weight for winter. 😉 I stopped eating oats when researching the foods pushed as "healthy". I found out a "doctor" at a mental hospital years ago fed oatmeal to the patients because it was cheap and absorbed/destroyed our nutrients in our bodies, it also raises your sugar levels, bad for your stomach, makes you gain weight, etc. Then they pushed it to the masses and cold cereal to replace the actual real healthy breakfast, eggs and raw milk (raw milk is healthy for gut flora, which is why it was pasteurized (it 💀 the probiotics) for the masses, not the elite, now we have gut issues.
