I have honestly kept wishing that this man would write a second cookbook, but kept saying to myself “no no one ever writes two cookbooks or more than one cookbook“. Then what do you know this cheeky little guy goes around and does it. Thank you so much Dylan and this cookbook will definitely make it’s way into my house.

I always use the recipe on the back of chocolate chip bags. And they always turn out amazing. I use real vanilla and semi melt my butter. Then I toss them in the oven on the middle rack for 8 minutes, open the oven when the timer goes off to check the cookies, and put them in for another 2 minutes. Once they are done baking, I drop the tray by about it an inch onto the cooling rack, knocking the air out of them, resulting in thin cookies that are crispy on the outside, and soft and chewy in the center. My dad’s coworkers go FERAL over my cookies. (Five of them nearly ran my dad over to get to said cookies, lol)
