Ingredients for 8 servings:
• 3 cups (750ml) of Heavy Cream
• 1 cup (250ml) of Milk
• 7oz (200g) of Sugar
• 2 Lemon Zest
• 4oz to 6oz (100g to 170g) Semisweet Chocolate
• 2tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 to 1 ½ bag of Gelatin
• 2tsp of Rum (optional)
Instructions:
1. Pour heavy cream, milk, and lemon zest in a skillet. Stir them gently and cook on medium heat.
2. Add some sugar, vanilla extract, and gelatin. Keep stirring.
3. Low the flame when the milk starts boiling and add chocolate. Stir until the chocolate melts completely.
4. Add Rum and drain the liquid to get rid of lemon zest. Wait a few minutes to let it cool down.
5. Put the liquid in little containers.
6. Cover each cup with plastic wrap and put them in the fridge for 5 hours.
