thankyou so much for the video . I appreciate it with all humbleness. Kant is a challenging philosophical figure. and your videos just make it easier for us to comprehend.

I'm sure you spend a lot of time researching and preparing these videos and they truly show. I've gotten something out of each one of your series.

You did a great job breaking it down! I'm trying to write a paper explaining Kant's critique of Hume. I've watched all 23 videos you posted but my brain didn't hold on to it long enough so here I go again.

I'm very grateful for these videos! I am writing a paper on Kant describing why he is a pivotal figure in modern philosophy and succeeded in his metaphysical and epistemological projects.

Wonderful, I'm reading the Critique right now, after having read the Prolegomena--which is probably the opposite unfortunately of what Kant would have intended. Nevertheless, this video is succinct, and I think it's wonderful to find a video on youtube dealing with metaphysics.

Try to make unique contributions. to be first is to put everything on the line. but I checked my ego at the door the day I decided to go public. Hopefully others will add content as well.thanks for watching :-)

Thank you so much for doing this video!! I am preparing my exams to access university, and I will take an exam about de prolegomena...unfortunately I have only had one our lesson and I am quite lost, not to mention the difficulty of the understanding of the text...I will have to analyze a paragraph....Thank you so much, this is so useful!! I wish you were my teacher :)
PS: I cannot find the video about the "a priori", even if I have downloaded your outline.

A few questions for you Kantians. If knowledge can exist a priori and not be dependent on empirical observation and evidence, how does such knowledge subsist? Pure mathematical reason, and indeed, any knowledge relies on an intelligent mind to abstract it. If there is knowledge which is exists a priori to empiricism, how does such knowledge exist? For someone such as a Scholastic Metaphysician this is not a problem, this knowledge exists in a Necessary Intellect, which we call God. For someone who denies the existence of a necessary intellect, this seems like a very confounding situation to be in, as we have these truths which are universal and indeed necessary but seemingly do not have a source of their subsistence other than our own finite and unnecessary intellects. Why did Kant deny the ability to come to the conclusion of God through metaphysics if he concluded that metaphysical knowledge is a priori and non-empirical?
