Clear as always. But I have a question regardin Kant's critique of Descartes' rational intuition (and basically everybody afertwards seem to follow Kant in their own critiques).
True, Descartes exploits heavily the mind-body distinction in the early meditations (and that justifies Kant's critique). But Descartes' more careful statement is that "the self is a per se unity of mind-body." And, when he's even more careful, he says the self is "a complete substantial unity, an ordered system, a totality of things bestowed on [him] by God" AT 6: 85-86... and this seeems to weaken most critiques to the Cartesian self, including Kant's.
I'd love to hear you're take on that.
