I don't want additional apps. Is there a way to proper convert a video for android to process? The usual online converters don't work. Need different output codec.

Before I watched your video, I've tried both VLC and MX Player. None of them could play back a video from my ROAV C1 Pro Dash Camera 📷. I got into an accident and I tapped on the Emergency Recording icon on the touch screen dash cam to automatically save key part of the whole incident and conversation with the of other driver.

Since my dash cam touch screen is a bit defective and small, I removed the 64GB microSD card from it to play the videos on my Android smartphone.

But the most important videos cannot play back. An error message displayed "Can't Play this Video." Some video recordings before and after the accident are playing fine. But the main video cannot play. That's when I attempted to play those videos on VLC first and then MX Player but to no avail. I really thought VLC could any file format like advertised.

Actually, some videos that couldn't play back on VLC were able to be played on MX Player. That's how I landed on your video page searching 🔍 for "Can't Play Video" on YouTube. Thanks for sharing your video.

My case was, for some reason, there were problems with playing some videos saved on my SD. Moving all movies to the main storage, fixed the issue.
