I love how you actively you carry out your ideas Paul from thinking I'd like to do something to actually doing it, you have a life lived! A really lovely room well maintained and I was impressed by the embroidered headboard gave a warm feeling to the room. That's got to be a record on WKW £6 each for a room, what a steal!! I loved the street view endlessly fascinating watching the ephemeral nature of life being played out and I loved the intro scenes from the back of the bus and from the beach Pattaya is a truly vibrant place, I am so grateful you share these beautiful places on your channel. Wow, bloody fab for £6 a night per person so only £12 for a couple! So clean & with aircon & a good size tv. I would be happy to stay there. Thanks Paul!!

Wow! That looked great for the price. I love streetlife, people watching and the sound of places waking up in the morning so any noise wouldn't bother me.

I've stayed there a few times and the rooms are good. I had a room on the front and it was quiet. Staff are good too. They even gave me a free night when I arrived a day late. Also, one of the few places that sell big beers in that area.

Stayed a few times but the front rooms are very noisy (they sell ear buds across the road so you can sleep) at night with the music from the bar across the road.
Rooms on the side of the building are a lot quieter.

Not a bad room for the price at least the bed the kettle and fridge was clean bit tight in.the bathroom got a good deal there paul

Incredible value - what you would pay 35 years ago.
The only downside for me would be the noise from the chaos outside in the road, but you said you slept well. I would want a room at the back.

Amazing value. Clean room etc is the main requirement. Handy place to get around. I would need to know how noisy it is at night with being so close to the Main Street. Thanks for sharing this.

Wow !!! Bargain Paul, , for six pound unbelievable!!! I don’t care that it’s dated and not got a pool area, , it’s clean and some were to get your head down, once again another enjoyable one, keep up the excellent work my friend

Nothing wrong with room - spacious with high ceilings - you would need to be sound sleeper as noise all day/night.
Longstanding expat/cheap Charlie bar - been in there plenty times - tables at front good for people watching and 70 baht big beer - what's not to like.

You can't grumble at £6 a night, with two free bottles of water and tea and coffee making facilities. Gosh.

Be to Pattaya many times and used to stay at soi lengkee. But now when I go I normally book a condo in jomtien. But as you said very good price for what you got.
