Frog meat is so delicious! Years back when I saw it in a Vietnamese supermarket here in California, I bought just a packet with only 4 pieces inside because it's expensive. I sauteed lots of ginger (to remove strong fishy taste), garlic, onion and frog's meat, add patis, chayote, hot pepper (jalapeño) and simmer for few minutes before adding water (for the soup)& boil. Add patis, not salt, to taste and spinach last. Very very tasty tinola, tastier than chicken tinola !! I also did "ginataang frog meat". In the same way, I sauteed ginger, garlic, onion and frog's meat, add patis & ground black pepper, simmer for a minute or two before adding a can of coconut milk and a cup of vinegar, hot pepper (jalapeño), continue to simmer and add patis (not salt) to taste. Ready when milk is reduced and little thick. If you have it, you can add roasted safflower after adding the coconut milk. (If you sauteed with tomato, use soy sauce too and have very much reduced coconut milk, you will end up with 'adobong frog's meat with coconut milk") . I set aside some ginataan for next day's breakfast with fried rice, egg and fried eggplant. With coffee on the side, I always skip lunch !! It fills me up dahil laging napaparami ng kain !!!

Rabbit meat is good. I eat here in Canada, we bought it from the Italian store and it taste really good. Kabayan masarap depende sa pagluto pero ang misis mo magaling magluto ng pagkain nila. also your good to her. That is a big compliment. e try mong mag aral ng czech little by little matoto ka rin someday. God Bless. o yes frog is good too. lalo na kung eprito mo. he3x it's tasty.
