Great Teacher, I've been teaching English for almost 25 years, and have never heard or seen such a complete and understandable lesson. Surely will use it with my students.

My brother studied languages at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in California. The pace of study was intense. Students had to master the language course in 36-64 weeks. Psychologically it was very difficult, but fortunately he was helped by Yuriy Ivantsiv's book "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign languages”. The book " Polyglot Notes" became a desk book for my brother, because it has answers to all the problems that any student of a foreign language has to face. Thanks to the author of the channel for this interesting video! Good luck to everyone who studies a foreign language and wants to realize their full potential!

When I was a child, I used to take bunzy jumps. I used to spend time with friends.
When I became an adult I used to drink and smoke. But I quit smoking and drinking like five years ago. First I thought it would be difficult to be without drinking and smoking but as the time passed I got used to it.
I used to have a lot of friends but now I prefer to be alone and now I'm used to it.

I am used to studying English; now I'm getting used to learning French as well.
I would visit the USA every summer, but I didn't use to visit France.

what a great lesson! I have a question, though. Is it possible to use WOULD in negative sentences or questions when you talk about past habits? Many textbooks say it isn't. However, I've seen sentences, like', "When I was a kid, I'd never sit around doing nothing".
