I don't know why but in a few years time I see him becoming a Tottenham coach.

That’s the problem. Big clubs say “we want to look at the big picture, and with vision “ but one bad run of form and the fans will start to bark.

Anyone can manage a big club...
If, like Erik ten hag, they walk into the place and want to spend mega millions like you've won the lottery and suddenly buy players that you can't control or even give them the impression that they are now world-class...
You will fail!! He decided to alienate the greatest footballer who had one year left on his contract to please the media and he is suffering the consequences....
Thomas Frank does not need to fix or rebuild Liverpool... He will only need to replace Van Dijk and Sala... He needs to tap into his own abilities to design plays and defence...
Look at the players who are there now and make the decision if they are who he needs and when he gets a chance to apply for the job, make it clear who he wants and not get caught up in the big team BS and sell himself short by accepting the position without knowing that Van Dijk is Liverpool's biggest defensive setback... Van Dijk is great, he can be the centre of any new managers success, but he is not good at organising his defence... He waits for the goal to go in then only barks orders at the youngsters... He gets lost in the moment focusing on the ball and not his surroundings...
So there... Any coach who goes there must decide if they will fix that with van Dijk or let him go now before he becomes a problem...
I would work on getting van Dijk organised and that will keep the team structure in tact for any changes... Sala is already mentally in Saudi so let him go and then go for another big name forward who will go there and make immediate impact... I'm thinking Jobe Bellingham, Leroy Sane, Jamal Musiala, Karim Adeyemi, Xavi Simmons etc with the money from selling Salla....
Bottom line, know your own abilities,
Realize the potential of the players at the new club,
Do you have a style of football and are they able to play your style of football???
If not what are your immediate plans to remedy strings of bad results and in the same process build on a winning combination and introduce your own style of football???
