in this video we are going to show you how to take your Microsoft Form questionnaire to the next level. You can organise your questions by dividing them into sections, and you can move your responders to different questions depending on the answers they give with branching.

Cheers Matt. Is branching possible when using multiple answers. I'd like to create a risk assessment form, that provides more information on how to reduce the risks selected. I.e. manual handling, working from heights and fire could be selected. Each of the control measures for those risks would show up. Would that be possible?

Great tutorial! Can you set up branching where the entire form shows in it's entirety initially, so someone doesn't think they only have 5 questions to answer, when actually there are others. Is this where you institute sections? Thanks!

How do I create a subsection tho? What I mean is: I don't want an answer to send the respondent to some other section...I want to create a section, and then I want to nest another section within this section. I can't find a solution to this

How did you use 11 point likert scale? Because Forms only allows 10

Is branching only applicable to radio buttons? How about for scaled ratings such as 1-5 stars
