I love the idea of Stevia but I can instantly tell that its in anything I consume. I think I would rather just not have what ever Im eating sweetened at that point. Awful aftertaste.

The Lakota monk fruit is not good for baking. You have to get the powdered version not granular. It simply does not dissolve. Note that monk fruit will not react the same as sugar. Baked goods will not rise as well.

I use Lankanto monk fruit for my coffee, add a bit of heavy cream and a touch of vanilla extract! Yum 😋

Xylitol a birch bark derivative is sweeter than sugar, looks like sugar, is a (1) on the glycemic index and sugar is (100) so Xylitol won't spike your sugar. It tastes, cooks and bakes like sugar and it is also great for your digestive system and it prevents tooth decay. I swear by it!

Try Besti Allulose-Monkfruit blend sweetener. It’s not that sweet, but it doesn’t have an after taste at all.

Sugar alcohols will also give you cramps and the runs.

We use monk fruit but I wouldn't suggest Stevia. It can cause diareah. Oof, learned the hard way.

Have you done any videos (at length) on Allulose? Love your two cookbooks by the way. They have been well loved.

I wonder what Bobby has to say about the latest info on erythritol being extremely harmful to your health? Most of these substitutes are just as bad if not worse than regular sugar. Just have the real thing in moderation if you need to satisfy a sweet tooth.

I heard from a study that these sweeteners are causing blood clots and severe side effects such as heart issues, high blood pressure, neurological disorders. Please research and let us know in a video on these sweetners. I love your work to help us with healthy food choices.

I learned the hard way that erythritol gives me vicious headaches. For me, anything with erythritol is a hard no.

I am a diabetic and my go-to is agave; otherwise, I also use raw sugar. And these have been friendly to my A1C numbers so far.

Are natural flavors, stevia leaf extract, and monk fruit extract safe to consume?

Stevia may bypass the liver but that will come at a COST. Cut all sugars if you're metabolically inflexible!
