Are Crispi boots worth it?

When the Merrell hiking boots finally wore it. It was time to upgrade.

These were my 1st choice of boot the Crispi Thor GTX but none were available before my CO elk hunt.... I went with a Scarpa Kaliash GTX instead & they work great for the $.... Always wondered how the Thors were.. I also have the Asolo pumvori

I just got the Asolo Fugitive GTX and so far they are great. Only have a few miles on them and I really like how they are breaking in. My brother has close to 1, 000 miles on his and swears he wouldn’t put his feet in anything else. Let us know what you went with. Keep up the great content

I live in Colorado and hike the high country 12 moths of the year. Merrell shoe, yes, shoes, are junk and what we call "city hikers" and what I call Chinese junk. Depending on the mission: Kenetrek, Asolo, Salewa, Lowa or La Sportiva boots for the win.
