People flipped out because Insec used a ward to jump behind someone and R them into his team. That's also done everyday. Regardless of if it's commonplace to you [which I don't think this particular play would be even in that context] I'm explaining to you what he meant, since you questioned how "these champs" work.

yea but insec flashed placed a ward w'd and ulted in like half a second which is all what made the play and made him so known which most people cant do it that fast
