In anticipation of the PERKS iTunes launch ...

PERKS composer Jason Michael Snow shares the process he and Mishaela Faucer went through to create "Absolutely Hell" as they, Will Van Dyke and the studio singers (Alex Wyse, Alex Brightman, Allison Strong, Paul Cereghino, Hayley Podschun, Anich D'Jae, Kendal Hartse, Mitch Dean, Derek St. Pierre, Felicia Blum, Brittney Lee Hamilton, and Ravi Roth) laid vocal tracks that would eventually be used during the shoot of the classroom scene of the PERKS Pilot. Videographer Peter Buntaine, award-winning filmmaker Andy Diggs, and tech consultant Joe Popson collaborated on this video. At the time of the shoot, the working title for PERKS was THE PERKS OF WRITING A MUSICAL.

Guitar Hero gamer JOSH wants to win the heart of beautiful COURTNEY, but he can't even find the words to say hello. All he knows is she loves the book "The Perks of Being a Wallflower."
