Oh Moe, you're such a good Mama. Your patience with Sutan is incredible. She will have wonderful memories of you in the kitchen with her, and how patient you were with her. This recipe looks delicious!<3 sending your family much love from the upper midwest United States!<3

Hahahaha 6:07 is the best! Sutan copying Moe's utter despair and sigh after she naughtily dropped the gyoza skin. Did nobody else notice it??

If sutan becomes a teenager I hope to see her having a close bond with her mom still. I dont want to ever see her being a stubborn teenager such as i am. This channel made me realize how hard it is being a parent. 🥺🥺

Hello moe,
I am from India, I just tried your recipe today on my mom's birthday, my mom really loves Japanese culture and she always wanted to try Japanese food but since we are vegetarian it's hard to find veg Japanese food, so I made veg gyoza today and I gotta say they were the best! My mom loved them so much and she was so happy that she got to try out Japanese food! I was a bit sacred putting hot water in oil, and I gotta admit it was a scary experience but the outcome was worth it! Thank-you so much moe for making my mom's birthday special by your awesome recipe!
Lots of love to you and Japan from India❤️

I just made these and they are 😍 Fair warning though: Do not eat them right away, let them sit for 5-10 minutes because they are HOT inside. It took me about 1.5 hours to make 10 gyoza, but it was worth it! The hardest part was kneading the dough, it's a nice arm workout. I think they're more delicious if the dough is rolled out super thin, so take your time with that. Thank you, Moe! Another amazing recipe!

i laughed when sutan asked where the blueberries were, about to have a tantrum, and kimono mom said they were in her stomach. sutan's expression changed like "ohh okay. well here's your soy sauce"

My husband and I made this recipe the other day. Very easy to make. Thank you for sharing your mother's gyoza skin recipe with us.

cooking in a full kimono and a small toddler is just like climbing Mt Everest everyday! I am always amazed with the amount of grace you have while handling a demanding toddler and multitasking to cook something delicious. Loads of love from Poland!

They look so delicious. Definitely wanna give these a try. By the way, one thing I must say is that your English is getting great! I gotta give props to anyone who can speak several languages. It's not easy.

Polish dumplings are similar- the secret is pouring boiling water into flour.
After that you can stuffed them with any fillings- meat, cheese and potatoes (called Russians one) or with white cheese and fruits.
When dough is ready we rolled it on 2-3mm thickness and cut circles by using glass. It’s easier than try to roll on each piece of dough:)

I’ll try gyoza tomorrow, yesterday I made ramen from your recipe. It’s much easier than simmering tare for hours. It was scaring me before. And now cooking ramen (and using ready-made ramen noodles) is pure pleasure.
Thank you Moe!

P.S can you show how to cook breakfast?

You have the patience of a saint, both in making the gyoza and with sutan. I wish I could be more like you

This isn’t a kimono mom channel anymore hahaha, it’s more of a “let’s see what trouble sutan gets herself into as her momma cooks” kinda channel hahaha I love these
