Making your own dumpling wrappers at home is quite rewarding. When time is sufficient, you should never miss the simple and easy process of making your own wrappers from scratch.

Ingredients for a Basic Wrapper Dough
• 400g All Purpose Flour (+ more for dusting)
• 200ml cold water ( add 10ml if needed)
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Note:
Use cold water for boiled dumplings
Use hot water for steamed dumplings

Tips & Hacks:
• Use glass or round tin cans to shape wrappers uniformly without buying dumpling skin cutter. It also saves more time than cutting and rerolling dough one by one.
