That's all I needed and wanted. Thanks, I remember seeing a TV chef do this but they didn't have a close up shot. So simple anyone should be able to pick up on it in one viewing. If they don't the video is perfectly short to watch over and over to practice, tho no one should have to, amazing video!

People seem to find it too fast to catch the move, but watching it once is enough to figure what you gotta do... Practice will make your gyoza look good, not a slower video

A tip from my mistakes : defrost the gyoza skin in a way they won't dry out (closed wrapper)... don't open it and leave it to ambiant temperature as i did, many skins edges dryied out and it's was quite difficult to work with

The camera wasn't even focused on the gyoza, i don't mind the speed (but i can see it being a problem for most) but i'd like to see what's happening above the table, not the table underneath, or the bowl on the side
