While modern English months are based on roman God's and emperor's lol

I actually appreciate the simple yet elegant way the Japanese people named the months.
jan - ichi (means 1) - gatsu
Feb - ni (means 2) - gatsu
March - san (means 3) - gatsu....And so on. It's so simple and easy to remember for regular conversation.

I Love how the names of the months are so unimportant in Japan that they just number them 1-12 and call it a day. 😍🤣❤

And the hardest one is to think what number February for example has and adapt to japanese system

they are simply add gatsu after numeric.. im amaze. can remember it 20x faster than when i learn english

Basically just the number and the month. It took me a while to learn those in spanish.
