A general rule of thumb for me is to slope them in some sort of way. If you wanna spice it up make the character lead with one shoulder for a little more of a confident look ❤

The collar bones size usally is diferent depending if its a Male or Female, Female have smaller collar, and Male have bigger

I like to draw the clavicles and then use a circle to form the flesh of the shoulders at the ends. Helps to get the angles of the shoulders better
