Drawing actual armor is somehow a really good way to practice drawing people. Especially if it is closely fitted plate armor. Had to bring this to the comment section because the shoulder area looks just like what the armor piece that would go there

Actually, the deltoid(shoulder muscle) goes over all of them, follower by the chest muscles and the biceps.
