Access Locked or Permission Denied Folders in Mac | Access Root Folder in Mac

The folder “root” can’t be opened because you don’t have permission to see its contents.

ive logged in as root and still when trying to modify info.plst for bootcamp, it says i do not have permission. i did try terminal command sudo -s too
