This works only to restore permissions on the computer you're doing it, as soon as you plug that hard drive into another computer it'll give you the same error of access denied, to avoid this you also need to enable "System" permissions and ownership, sometimes the MBR or GPT table gets corrupted so the safest way to have a good working hard drive again is to do what is shown in the video to regain access, then BACKUP everything to a temp hard drive, them using command line re-initialize the disk using DISKPART command "clean" and then initialize and format drive again and put all files back into it, that way you have a fresh drive with an uncorrupted MBR or GPT file system
