Unleash your full strength potential with this powerful kettlebell workout designed to blow up your muscles like never before. This routine features three intense exercises that focus on explosive power, functional strength, and muscle growth. Perfect for anyone looking to add serious muscle mass and develop a lean, strong physique, this workout combines the best of kettlebell training with rare, highly effective movements.

In this workout, you'll perform:

Exercise 1 - Hang Clean & Jerk: A dynamic full-body exercise that targets your shoulders, legs, and core, building explosive power and strength.

Exercise 2 - Hang Clean & Squat: This compound movement engages your entire lower body while also challenging your upper body and core, leading to enhanced muscle growth and overall conditioning.

Exercise 3 - Hang Row: A killer combination that targets your back, arms, and shoulders while also improving grip strength and stability.

The workout structure is simple but brutal:

3-4 reps per exercise
2 rounds total

For maximum results, use both double bells and single bells. This variation increases the intensity and ensures that every muscle fiber is engaged, leading to greater strength gains and muscle development. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a fitness enthusiast looking to push your limits, this kettlebell workout is the ultimate challenge to elevate your training to the next level.

Can't wait to try this one! My only regret is I only have two 16's and a single 24. I need to get two 20' for the next step up (not yet as strong as you)! Hopefully soon 💪. Thanks as always for such inspiring and useful content!

I did a heavy kettlebell workout 2 days ago, and I'm still recovering. I kinda worked out all day.

I like how this scalable: start with hanging swings, progress to hanging cleans, progress to hanging snatches. I've trained GS for a long time and this checks off the box for extended TUB (time under 'bell).

What a pump after finishing this!

Did the doubles with 16kg bells and the single with a 25kg bell.

I'll be buying a pair of 20kg bells this month to bridge the 16 to 24kg gap for double KB
workouts.

Look forward to doing this again with the 20s

My man, don't get me wrong. You're my hero😂. But this doesn't seem to align to some of the things you have taught us in the past...like parking the bell when they're heavy. Anyway, I'll try this tomorrow cuz it doesn't look safe. Greetings from México.

What part(s) of the body would you say benefit form the Time Under Tension of this variation the most? I might try this tonight.

Why do you not clean from the floor, or what I call power cleans?

Now why hang clean intead if just doing continuous long cycle? I get that there is an increased stress when starting from a dead hang but if you wajt to increase the resistance why not just use a karger bell with longcycle? If the bell is to big to press just use a push press where you add more leg drive.

None the less I like the continous attempts to add to an already solid foundation. I love the double clean and press.

If there was only one exercise I could do with the Kettlebell It would be the clean and press. I would say the snatch but it does not work the press the same. I generally alternate between the two as they are single exercises that hit the entire body making my workout simple and short. I alternate days of kettlebell and burpees as burpees is anterior focused while kettlebell is predominantly posterior focussed. With burpees I can integrate different pushup and swuat ir lung variations to hit those mocements or areas that basic burpee or kettlebells don't hit

I would like to get some club or mace bells to add a thrid day for more rotational movement and over head pull down that helps to balance out the domanant hip drive of the kettlebell. Then just alternate between the three six days a week.

I'm interested to know what type of lifting belt you are using?

What is the point of the belt? If your back can't handle that weight naturally then its too much weight isn't it? It seems contrary to everything preached here.

In my club, we hold the bells for 10 seconds in each phase. Try it this way. This variant is too easy.
