Sounds like Sir Hopkins is condoning this phrase and the users of it, so I'm disappointed, because I've Never heard it spoken by a person who means good will, I've only known thieves and liars to be the users of this phrase, so disappointing.

What's Good and productive is:

Don't just roll over and take it, put up a fight for what matters to you.
