What I like about Marianne Osabel is even though her belting is mixed I have never heard her voice become thinner as she goes higher. The power and the ease of her voice is just phenomenal and its pleasant to the ears. She is one of the best solid and rounded voice in the Philippines that I have heard so far. Her voice is not piercing and thin and it's just phenomenal.

Kat is a monster, but with this song Mariane is just so easy to watch and listen to. She doesn't need crazy runs, whistle tones, or other intricate displays of vocal gymnastics to demonstrate her singing ability. The beauty and evenness of her tone, breath management, diction, and vocal freedom are more than enough.

No Question that Katrina has mastered on how to Play with her Vocals. But for me Mariane's Performance was full of finesse and her belts and high notes doesn't seem to sound scream-ish and she has the purity and emotions in her voice that the song needs whereas Katrina was more on Singing the song to Impress and prove that she can ace the song. Mariane by far is the only Filipina who performed close to the Original version. Most of the Filipina who performed the same version seems to Sing it to Impress than to really Express.
