Important notice- There is a guy Abhinav Rajput in the comment section, always replying negatively. Girls please ignore him. All men are not like him. We all love you.

Never seen such a good video on Periods by a Man before.
I'm glad. There are still real men out there.

This honestly breaks my heart. When educated people shun women for a biological process. It is just blood. Man or woman it is okay to talk about periods. Thank you so much for making this short film.

Even in our school we had a girl who got her periods during school hours. She didn't recognize it first but then when some boys behind her desk started laughing due to which the class saw it and then one of the girls helped her.
It is such a shame that even the new generation doesn't understand the importance of periods and the fact that education about it is provided in schools even then they still think of it as a taboo or something shameful.

Had tears in my eyes.. why only women has to go through all this, why women has to face embarrassment. why aking about periods is still a stigma, our birth start from reproductive system of a women. Human birth starts from periods. After all this pain am proud to be a women. Happy women's day to all the strong woman out there..

I do not know why some girls also behave very badly when they see another girl on their periods. Remember that you can also go through the situation which she is facing now and if everyone will behave like this then what will you do? Stop making girls feel awkward about anything

I am watching this during my class and I am 12 years old
I already got my periods and I can really understand the cramps, pain, chest pain, headache and everything
And I am proud to be a girl and I don’t feel awkward to talk to my friends or family about periods and....
Men should not be awkward to talk abt it to anyone bz it is not something dirty

So please respect women and don’t hurt them 😢

I am reading these comments right now and tbh I feel a different level of bad. As a girl who is still in school, I now feel that I am incredibly lucky to get such friends especially guy friends. I remember one day during my class 9th exam my periods had started and I couldn't go out or tell the examiner because I felt ashamed. The guy sitting right behind me saw the blood and immediately arranged for help. He in formed the teacher very politely and made sure I reached our infirmary properly. There was also another time when my classmate started leaking, so she went to the washroom and stayed there. Some guy noticed and informed m so that I could help her.
I seriously hope that this is how people are everywhere.😩

And don't try to explain such stupid and mindless people's .
And ofcourse one of my fav dialogue ...

All girls must know why we have periods . It is because God knows only females are able to bear the pain . It is literally impossible for a male to go through it . Don't feel dirty or ashamed about it stay strong ☺

Periods is not a problem, when we can shout about dirty jokes, politics and stuff then we all need to talk about menstruation as well!! It's not a curse
