It's tough in a country like that its not the lack of understanding what women go through but not enough respect to women, and they feel shamed about taking about these things, its a stigma, but if this bad habit of thinking is broken, women in Pakistan will have better access to personal care. God willing.

It should
It is eco friendly
Reusable
Easy to carry
In the long run cheaper than using sanitary napkins
Gives a clean feeling
Easy to participate in sports wearing it
Only thing is one needs some practice to learn to properly use it
Great initiative

Not in Philippines people here are open about that it's a common "thing" here. Pads are accessible every small stores, cr malls, groceries, schools, universities, convenient stores here.. even the poorest one can have it . Girls were educate by their family members Hygen 101 .. Filipino people are very particular about hygens and smells... they take a bath 1 to 2times a day ..if you have too? 3 times ... it's part our culture .

You do understand that women's products are TAXed in the UK, they are considered a luxury item. Rather than targeting Pakistan why not focus on how primitive the UK is?

Guys women should help other women. dont bring men into this ... I belive there are more than enough working class women in pakistan who can hep poorer women. We dont need to bring men into this because women can take care of themselves.

I'm 20 and It's bn 5 years I'm using a menstrual cup... My life become so much easier with a menstrual cup I don't even feel like there's something inside me... I've did a lot of research as I was concerned about all the virginity n stuff but it doesn't do anything to ur Virginia or ur health.... I m using lily cup from intimina because I didn't know that there is a cup available in my homeland I've to order it from other countries but now I've to better switch to support my own country's product...

What about the British taboo about their cruel colonial history? Why BBC doesn't have guts to educate their people about British atrocities in the colonies?
