All I remember from the bubble was TJ Warren just randomly turning into Micheal Jordan 😂😂😂

I know Dwight is very controversial now, but he was only guy during Lebron’s tenure at the lakers that could give nikola jokic problems on the defensive side of the ball

Pelinka breaking up this team should’ve gotten him fired 🤦🏾‍♂️ would’ve had a GREAT chance to win another

They didn’t blow up the team because of injuries, they blew it up because of the contract situation. Some other YouTuber literally went in depth as to why the Lakers not resigning Caruso it messed up the entire payroll.

Shout-out Jimmy Butler for an amazing performance. I'll never forget how he willed his team to get there and how he battled the rested and improved Lakers

I hate that people put an asterisk like they still won and all the other teams could’ve won but they got beat. And this is coming from a Celtics fan

The revisionist history is so funny man. I remember when people were saying the Lakers looked terrible in the bubble and might lose in the first round, that they would suffer the most from not having home court advantage, that the bubble was best for young players, etc.

Completely flipped the narratives around when the Lakers ended up winning lmao

To me it was peak basketball in terms of no distraction. So the players who play well without distraction flourished. The players who play well under pressure, they flourish but not as much as those who are pickup ball type of players

Never have I thought the bubble was "flukey". Only reason why people say it was is only because it's LeBron and the Lakers. If the Heat won, people wouldn't put an asterisk next to it and added more hate to LeBron. People forgot that the Lakers were the #1 seed and had the best record in the West before the bubble. That Lakers team was a true championship team in any season

The pure hooping was absolutely insane. These boys just came out and was hooping, it looked like the clippers would actually break their curse but we know what happened there. Miami was a great story to watch.lots of great moments came from those games

The Bubble had some of the best/fun match ups. We just couldn't go and watch our teams play. Which took much of the excitement away. But CP3s Thunder, Harden and Westbrook in Houston, Luka's performance along with Jamal Murray's performance and Heat/Lakers was what made those playoffs/Finals worth watching.

More worth it then last year's Finals.

Every time i see russell westbrook in a lakers jersey, there's this physical feeling of pain I get in my stomach. I still cannot believe that trade happened. I remember just chilling on twitter and then seeing the trade and thinking it was a joke. I thought the lakers were getting buddy hield. I remember deluding myself into thinking that maybe it will workout, telling myself russ isnt that bad of a shooter and other guys that were signed on minimums would outperform their contracts. That season is the most pain Ive ever felt watching sports. THE funniest part is im not even a lakers fan so I cant imagine what it was like for a diehard Lakers fan

To me, the bubble is peak basketball, nothing but just straight-hooping

2020 szn is when I stepped up from a casual nba fan to someone who watches a majority of regular season games; I was coming to college and w covid lockdowns there wasn’t much else to do besides watch the bubble playoffs in the dorms w the homies. Some of my favorite memories from college

i have some disagreements with your opinion. You cannot compare 2020 with 2023 because the teams are stractured very differently so you should not compare them because the names of the teams are the same !!!! Also the 5 months suspension made things very different because in the in between time if they play the rest of the regular season there is a possibillity that Davis because he is injury prone he could have got injuried until the time the playoffs started so that could change the outcome and resting 5 months he recovered from any problems he had and he was ready for a final run !!!

The blazers were under 500 and dame went down for the series after game 1.

The small ball rockets who were no surprise to small for the lakers with PJ tucker on Anthony Davis…

the rising nuggets who made it partly to the clippers choking, and a heat team with no dragic there leading scorer. And bam missing 2 games and playing through a shoulder injury. While on a team with prime anthony Davis yea totally the hardest chip ever . Cant Forget the bubble shenanigans.
