'Very large faucet': Trump taps Canadian river in campaign promise

Trump looked at the map and saw California below Canada, concluding that the water will flow southwards naturally under gravity.

Trump thinks that, because Canada is at the "top of the map", the water will naturally run "down the map" to California.

I expected Trump to add: "... and I'll make Canada pay for it !! "
