From what i read on the dji site the new batteries are different and lighter. It seems the old batteries work but the drone will be over 250g? Also it seems the filter clip is different, so you would need new filters aswell? Would be nice if you could check because I'm thinking about upgrading from mini 3 pro but rebuying batteries and filters would make it a hard choice.

Hello, I enjoy watching your videos with dji brand drones. I have a DJI Mini 3 pro drone. There are various mastershots and mastershots in the software of the device. Is there a program where I can make such mastershots? Or can you guide me what I should do to record a route with a file with a gpx extension or similar and fly the drone on this route?

The cruise control, 360 degree obstacle avoidance and the waypoints is a huge plus imo and well worth the upgrade for me personally.
I did purchased the Mini 3 Pro some 6 month ago and wish I would have known that a Mini 4 Pro was to be released so soon as those features mentioned before alone would really have made it the perfect drone for me 🥴.
Always great to watch your videos and can’t wait for you to test the active track on this little beauty 😎

Still need to learn to fly my first drone (Mini 3 Pro) as I hadn’t had much of a chance to actually use it much at all over the last few month, which is a real shame I know but such is life 🥴🤷‍♂️.

In regards to color matching footage, this is not exactly true. D-Log M is not published anywhere, so there is no exact color space transformation for it (although I think they do make a LUT available), which means you can't mathematically transform your footage from one color space to another. D-Log, in contrast, is published in a white paper, so you can exactly match footage. It's like my one complaint about this drone, is I wish they would just use a published log profile to enable color managed workflows, rather than having people guess based on their eyes. Ironically, they actually say D-Log M is easier to grade, but that is not really true, because you have to do all the guessing, rather than just putting the input color space and letting the color management software do it for you. Still, it's cool they added it, it's just not as useful as it could be.

Other than that, I think this drone looks perfect, basically Air 3 only has the telephoto lens to differentiate itself, but not worth the extra size just for that I think.
