Great video as usual Johnny, I resigned from work today as wife is deteriorating but Ive got to work another 8 weeks I am winding down with the bikes and have a serious downhill ride a week before I leave work you are so right about. e bikes they are amazing I've just bought a squat seat so I can sit and admire the views with a cuppa when I go out riding, Positive Vibes mate! 👍

OH yes very nice property in an excellent natural setting in a desirable area, easy access to transport link...needs work but I would value at 1 million, with some work it could be 5 million for someone from Hong Kong, but imagine how many boat people could fit in there ? im sure we have endless space and resources.
