I usually don't feel any desire to do dangerous things but the idea of exploring abandoned buildings is just captivating to me. I couldn't explain exactly why but I still want to do this. I think it might have to do with liminal spaces because I've always found them intriguing and this triggers the same captivating feeling for me.

Yup, every time I explore somewhere I expect some sort of bug, reptile, varmint, or homeless person. So far I have run into all except the homeless person and I would like to keep it that way. Snakes and spiders can be handled if you know what you're doing and your identification isn't off. You don't know what you're getting if it's a person, could get a bullet, a tale, a robbery, who knows?
