Well this is a filler arc, but for anyone wondering when did they all found out about Naruto being a Jinchuriki, they did at least after the Kazekage retrieval arc. None of them ever knew safe for Sasuke at the Valley of the End in their first fight and Sakura didn't know about it until the mission where they went looking for Gaara when they were discussing why the Akatsuki kidnapped him
