This was the culmination of about a decade of development for these two, from fully evil terrifying demon fox who can never be allowed an inch, to totally chill homie who can be completely trusted at the helm just to talk shit, then jump back in the backseat

Naruto is such a well written protagonist. His entire character is just like me. Head strong, dreams that others think are impossible and ridiculous. Over time as he develops people begin to see he is becoming exactly who he said he was going to be. He conquered his inner demon and befriended him. He drew unparalleled strength from him. I am exactly the same. My power comes from within. I became one with it. This is what really happens when we achieve our dreams and follow our destiny.
