My mom is in the late stages of dementia, I live many states away from her, but my brother… he brought her into his home, he moved her into his own master bedroom for her comfort and he sleeps in the next room on a sofa. She has many night terrors and wakes up very scared. He sleeps with a baby monitor so he can go in and comfort her when she wakes confused and scared. This song describes my brother’s heart. It makes me cry, but it’s so precious. ❤
