Well I've won plenty playing the hipo so I know it works. I also have scene Magnus being successful while playing it, so I know it works. But playing against a very powerful opponent like Nemo- it could be argued that it's tempting fate.

No you played a pretty strong game regardless of outside of being low on time. Suffice it to say you could have done a lot worse- considering your opponent was Nemo.... And you did defeat her once already. ..So you're breaking even...

Dude...stop. You are such a better player than the vast majority of people. Everyone makes mistakes, plus 3 minute games...suck LOL Really they do. I guess they have their place in chess. But it's a different game from "Chess". And The Hippo, was crushing it. I play it a lot ( poorly 😂) and I seldom unfold the attack like you did. Overall a very good job. You and the Hippo will reach G.M. !
