I would love to see some examples of someone using a blow dry brush on their own hair.
I feel very awkward and have a hard time keeping the dry section separate from the wet.

Swear to god I’ve been doing it all wrong. Everyone says your hair should be 75% dry before you use the blow dry brush. Ugh. Watching all your videos. My hair is ALREADY healthier! Sharing with all my friends!! One question…should you rough dry your hair at all or dry while very wet ?

Natural coily haired ladies I HIGHLY recommend Goldwell Flat Marvel blow dry cream! It is so good for afro textured hair.

Yep, I use my dryer attachment to get most of hair dry and while it still has moisture I use the brush to smooth it out. Leave in conditioner is also crucial in that it helps to keep my hair tangle free. This channel has helped me get healthier hair that is growing well and long.

I've been following your tips for around a year and my hair has gotten much better. But even if I get my hair all the way clean and don't use heavy products (I have fine hair), the max I can go without washing it again is 2 days. I think it's just genetics for some people, my skin is really oily too so I kind of accepted my fate. Thanks for all your help!

Your hair routine has helped me go 4 days between washes AND I use a blow dry brush to dry. Olaplex 3 before shower once a week, Redken extreme lengths shampoo and hair mask, purology color extend leave in, Redken big blowout cream, and olaplex 7 to oil my ends and my hair has never been healthier or more beautiful. I’ve even ditched my flat iron because I don’t need it anymore.🎉🎉🎉

I would also add that when using a blow dryer brush you start at the roots first. They take longer to dry so hitting them first will make it easier to dry the lengths of the hair evenly without overheating. Then move to the mids, and then the ends, as the ends are more porous and dry faster. This also keeps you from drying already dry areas over and over.

I am so glad I found your channel. Every product you suggested for my hair problem worked. Due to a thyroid problem due to high stress, I wound up with weak wirey and frizzy unmanageable hair. I chose to try products you recommended and my hair feels like hair again. Thank you for being so dedicated and honest. Please do not stop making videos.

I’ve been getting my hair done professionally since 1997. I’ve watched how the stylist does it for many years. I flip my hair upside down, focusing on the roots. Then I section it and use a round brush. Great results, especially if you use a heat protectant. Olivia Garden or a boar bristle brush are what I’ve found to be the best brushes

I’m 65 with longer thick hair and it started getting dry the last few years. I thought it was from going through menopause and just kept putting deep conditioners on my hair which didn’t help. I’ve been following Chris’s hair care routine for coarse thick hair for almost 2 months and what an amazing difference! I can go 5-6 days now without washing my hair and here in Texas it is hot and humid. Even after working outside I can push it to 5 days. I just started using my blow dryer brush (I got for Christmas 2 years ago..)and it makes drying my hair much easier. Thank you Chris for saving my hair! 💜

OMG one of my old hair dressers did me dirty. She told me that it's okay to style dry hair with a blow dryer. In fact, she suggested it as a good way to refresh my hair style!!! No wonder the top section of my hair always looks slightly fried. Thank you for educating us.

Thank you. I’m not very skilled with a blow dryer and bought a blow dryer brush. I thought that the hot blowing air heat from a blow dryer brush on already dry hair, would be the same as the hot metal heat from curling iron on dry hair… thx for the education. 🙏

There's a GHD rise hot brush that is only to be used on dry hair

Thanks for all your help Chris, I don't have to wash my hair everyday anymore so it's easier to have styled hair and painted nails (hair washing makes them chip) and it's less time wasted. Thank you!✨️

could you make a video showing how much heat protection we need for using a curling iron/straightener? I think I always use way too much and it makes my hair look weird but I'm always afraid of not using enough. The graphic showing how much blow dry dream we should use was very helpful!

Some people work in environments, outdoors in summer, hot humidity, dirty shops, and absolutely must wash their hair daily. I wish there was a video from Blowout Professor which addresses what to do if you must wash your hair daily. I work in a body shop, it's dirty. There's body filler dust everywhere. Even with a ponytail or hat, it wouldn't matter because of sweat. I must wash my hair daily, period. I'm sure I'm not the only blue collar lady out there.
